Who and what does one package cover?
One connected Dutch immigration or nationality matter, for an individual, family or business. Related circumstances of a partner or children may be included. For business advice, we agree the organisation, people and questions covered. Please contact us before booking for multiple employee cases, separate matters or an unusually extensive dossier.
How will I receive my advice?
Advice is explained in the consultations. Written advice is not included as standard; its scope and an additional fee can be agreed during either consultation.
What if I need further help?
Further assistance can be discussed during either consultation. Application preparation or submission, representation and external costs are outside the package. Any further work and its fees are agreed separately.
When do I pay, and when is my appointment confirmed?
Pay once when booking your initial consultation. After successful payment, your appointment is confirmed automatically and you receive the meeting details by email. Once your review is ready, use your private link to book the concluding consultation, also confirmed automatically, with no further package payment.
What about VAT and a business invoice?
For a business invoice, email your company’s legal name, billing address and VAT number, if applicable, to info@theimmigrationlawyer.nl after booking, quoting your booking reference. Applicable VAT is included in the package fee. Read more about VAT and deductibility.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Use the reschedule or cancellation link in your confirmation email. New times are subject to availability. If you cannot find a suitable time, the link is unavailable or your appointment has already passed, contact info@theimmigrationlawyer.nl or +31 20 782 10 10 with your name and appointment details.
The package fee remains payable and is not refunded for a change, cancellation or non-attendance, except where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise. Read the package terms.
