The Immigration Lawyer is a brand operated by Banet & Partners B.V., a Dutch private limited company. Both The Immigration Lawyer and Banet & Partners B.V. are legal consultancies, not law firms. Our work focuses on Dutch immigration and nationality matters, with an advanced digital client platform available to selected clients through a secure, private environment.

Our founder, Mr. Roi D. Banet, is a renowned legal expert, not an attorney-at-law (advocaat). His biography sets out his experience and areas of focus.

Services under this brand are provided by Banet & Partners B.V. The scope of an engagement and the applicable fees are agreed with you.
